Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the day you received the parcel. If 7 days have passed since items delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us proof of defect items when informing our customer service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivered
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds
It may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account or reflect on your credit card statement.
If you do not see the refund after the stated period, you may want to contact your credit card bank to check.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.Shipping Returns
All returns must have a valid Return ID. Please send us proof of defect items, e.g. images or videos when contacting our customer service. We will provide you an unique Return ID.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning of item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not able to process your exchange or refund if we do not receive your returned item.
